If it's been awhile since your Meet & Greet and the time of booking services, you have moved and need us to see your new home, meet a new pet, learn a new feeding routine, etc., you can request a Re-Meet.

Note on Safety: For the well-being of your feline friends, Hello Doggy Kitty LA follows professional industry standards and requires a minimum of one visit every 24 hours. Cats are masters at hiding illness, and daily check-ins allow us to monitor for health issues (such as urinary blockages or dehydration), ensure your home is secure, and provide the companionship your cats deserve.

15 minute drop-in available only with 2 or more 30-60 minute drop-in visits/walks per day or the Bed & Biscuits Package.

MULTI-HOUR VISITS:

The Half-Day Hangout (4 Hours) — $180

Perfect for high-energy pups, pets with separation anxiety, or when you just need to be away for a large chunk of the day. Instead of quick drop-ins, we will come to your home and spend four continuous hours with your pets so they get uninterrupted companionship in their own safe environment.

What's included:

• A long neighborhood walk or extended backyard playtime
• Feeding, fresh water, and medication administration (if needed)
• Plenty of dedicated cuddle and enrichment time
• Mail collection, bringing in packages, and a reassuring presence in your home while you are away

The Ultimare Daycation (8 Hours) — $340

Taking a day trip? Stuck at the office for a long shift? We'll be your pet’s dedicated companion for the entire day so they never feel lonely. This package provides 8 continuous hours of premium, one-on-one care right in your home. It is the ultimate peace-of-mind package for pets with severe separation anxiety, young puppies in training, or senior pets who need frequent monitoring.

What’s included:

• Multiple neighborhood walks and regular potty breaks
• Breakfast, lunch, or dinner feedings, plus any required medication
• Hours of dedicated playtime, enrichment, and cuddles
• Regular photo and text updates throughout the day so you know they are having a blast
• Home security benefits (mail collection, package retrieval, and a reassuring presence in the house)

The Bed & Biscuits Package: The Ultimate In-Home Staycation - $160

Give your pets the comfort of their own home without the full overnight stay. Our signature Bed & Biscuits package is designed for pets who thrive on their existing evening and morning routines. We provide a dedicated 2-hour evening wind-down—perfect for dinner, long walks, and plenty of couch cuddles—followed by a 1-hour "Rise & Shine" visit the next morning. It’s professional, personalized care that ensures your pets feel safe, pampered, and loved while you’re away.

Additional Fees

Puppies - $10

Because of the additional care needed for puppies (potty training and accident cleanup, puppy teeth bites, working on training commands, etc., we charge slightly more per visit for puppies 10 months of age and younger.

Second dog - $10

Third (or more) dog / Third (or more) cat ** - $5 each

Bookings outside business hours (before 7 am or after 9:30 pm) - $10 extra per service

KEY PICK-UP/DROP-OFF - $20

If we have to pick up or drop off a key before or after booking. There is no additional charge if keys are obtained at the Meet & Greet.

Same-day booking fee - $5

As a small business, we schedule our personal appointments around our Hello Doggy Hello Kitty LA schedule and make every attempt to accommodate any last-minute pet care needs that come up. Service Requests submitted with less than a 24-hour notice from the requested visit date/time are subject to our $5 Same-day Booking Fee.

Medication fee - $10

A medication fee will be added to each visit that requires administration of prescription medications (pills, liquids, drops, or inhalers). Basic supplements or vitamins mixed into food are included in the standard visit rate.

Holidays - $10 extra per service for below holiday periods; Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Easter Day are $15 extra per service

We work 365 days per year, including holidays, giving up spending time with our own loved ones to take care of yours. Because of that, we do charge extra on the following holidays/holiday periods, listed below.

Holiday periods include:

• Martin Luther King Day Weekend
• Presidents' Day Weekend
• Easter Weekend
• Memorial Day Weekend
• Juneteenth
• 4th of July Weekend
• Labor Day Weekend
• Columbus/Indigenous Peoples' Day Weekend
• Halloween
• Veterans Day
• Thanksgiving Week (Monday-Sunday)
• Christmas and New Year's (Dec 22 - Jan 2)
