  • Yes! I have cared for chickens and baby chicks as well and am happy to learn how to take care of any other kind of pets you have...just no snakes, please. 😅

  • During a drop-in visit, your pet will receive individual, loving attention right in their own home. Our standard drop-in visits can be 15, 30, or 60 minutes in length for dogs, or 20, 45, or 60 minutes in length for cats. (We also offer extended 4-hour and 8-hour daytime blocks for pets who need a little extra company!) We can determine the perfect visit length for your pet’s needs at our Meet & Greet.

    Standard Drop-in visits include:

    • Potty breaks and basic litter box scooping (Note: We also offer dedicated monthly Litter Box Maintenance and Deep Cleaning packages!)

    • Food, fresh water, and oral medication or vitamin distribution

    • Playtime and tailored enrichment (including brushing, playing cat meditation playlists, or turning on some Cat TV!)

    • Unlimited pets and snuggles!

    • Complimentary home care: mail/packages/newspapers brought in, trash cans rolled in/out, plants watered, and security features (like adjusting blinds or rotating lights). Let us know what you need!

    Arrival Times: Please note that exact visit times cannot be guaranteed due to our busy schedule and unforeseen circumstances (like LA traffic, pets who are slow to potty, or cleaning up unexpected messes). Therefore, when booking, you will be asked to request your preferred two-hour timeframe. We will always do our absolute best to accommodate a visit as close to your ideal time as possible.

    Booking the Right Amount of Time:

    • Walks: If you would like your pet walked during a drop-in visit, extra time may be needed. We recommend booking a 60-minute session if you would like a full neighborhood walk in addition to feeding, playtime, and snuggles.

    • Medications & Multiple Pets: We kindly ask that you book a longer visit if your pet requires a complex medication routine, or if you have a larger furry family (more than 2 dogs or more than 2 cats) to ensure we have ample time to provide excellent care for each pet.

  • Absolutely! We send a text when we arrive for our visit and provide "paws-itive" updates after every single visit via text. You’ll receive a detailed summary of the visit, a report on potty/feeding/activity, and most importantly plenty of photos so you can see exactly how happy your pet is (and to put your mind at ease)!

  • Every walk is tailored to your dog's standard pace, favorite routes, and energy levels. We structure our visits to ensure a stress-free, paw-sitive experience from start to finish. We spend the first few minutes greeting your pup and offering treats (if approved!) to build trust and make sure they feel completely at ease with us. After our walk, we reserve the last few minutes for fresh water, a cool-down, and some final cuddles before we head out.

    *Note: For routes longer than 1 mile, please book our 60-minute visit. Like all our services, this hour encompasses the complete routine (greetings, the walk, sniffing breaks, and settling back in) to ensure your dog enjoys the experience without feeling rushed or overworked.

  • I handle many of the visits and walks myself because I truly enjoy getting to know each pet personally! That said, I also work with a small team of amazing, handpicked subcontractors who have been background checked and share my same love for animals and commitment to quality care. Everyone on the team is thoroughly vetted, trained, and trusted (also all insured and bonded!) to provide the same level of attention, reliability, and kindness that my clients expect. So your pets are always in great hands! You will always meet who will be caring for your pets prior to any visits or walks.

  • We have two of our own very needy rescue dogs who don't do well with others, so we do not offer boarding or traditional "sleep-over" services.

    However, we have found that most pets actually prefer our "Bed & Biscuits" package! This is our premium "almost overnight" alternative designed for pets who need extra evening and morning attention without the disruption of a stranger sleeping in the home.

    Why clients love Bed & Biscuits:

    • Extended Evening Tuck-In: We provide a full 2-hour visit in the evening for dinner, multiple walks, and plenty of couch snuggles so your pet feels settled and sleepy.

    • Early Bird Breakfast: we return first thing the following morning for a 1-hour visit to get their day started with fresh air and breakfast.

    • The Best of Both Worlds: Your pet gets 3 hours of dedicated, high-energy interaction during their most active times, but gets to enjoy the peace and familiarity of their own bed at night (which usually leads to better rest for them!).
